Free netJane Web Page Editor - Here's a cool site that allows
you to edit or create web pages in your browser. netJane is a
full fledged WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) web
page editor that allows you to easily drag and drop text, pictures,

Free Jeeves Tours - This site was formerly called eTour, until
being bought out by Ask Jeeves, the popular search engine. The
premise is simple. If you decide to register, you will be prompted

We have been experiencing some newsletter delivery problems
lately which has caused a large number of our subscribers not to
receive a copy of the newsletter the past couple of days. These
problems are related to the fact that we had had to find a new
email hosting solution after Topica stopped allowing the addition
of new subscribers for newsletters hosted at their site.
Unfortunately, the transition has not been a smooth one, and this
has caused a lot of subscribers to not receive the newsletter. It
is estimated that only about 6,000 of our 30,000 subscribers
actually received the newsletter in their email. Since it is kind
of discouraging to write a whole 2 to 3 paragraph review of a
freebie and then no one have a chance to read it, we will be
discontinuing the lenghty review of the freebie of the day until
we are confident that our new newsletter hosting provider is
working properly.
Rather than bombard the list with "test" messages, we will
still be sending out the newsletter each day with two sponsors
and four other freebies included in each issue. Rather than an
extensive review of the main freebie of the day, you will see a
small update as we try to figure out the problem we are having.
If you are receiving the newsletter with no problems, then
obviously this issue has not affected your service, so we do
apolgize for not writing a freebie review. These updates will
also serve as a notice for those who are not receiving their
newsletter but are reading it on the web in the archives.
Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

Freebie of the Day Returns - We have finally moved the list of
close to 30,000 subscribers over to the new newsletter hosting
provider. We aplogize for taking so long to do this, but it has
been a difficult process finding a low cost provider for our
newsletter. We were using Topica, which was completely free
and very reliable. Unfortunately, due to the number of list
owners that were abusing their system, Topica stopped allowing
publishers to upload email addresses of new subscribers unless
they paid .05 cents per email. This nominal charge was to help
cover the cost of Topica staff uploading the subscribers. This
was an understandable charge but it would make it nearly
impossible for our newsletter to make money.
Unlike most freebie newsletters that only publish offers that
make money for the publisher, we only include two sponsors
in each issue. All other freebies are published for the benefit
of our readers. Although we have a list of around 30,000
subscribers, the number of loyal readers who actually read
every issue is much, much smaller. The problem with this is
that most list hosting providers charge per 1,000 subscribers -
I have seen some charge as much as 1.00 per 1,000. At that
rate, it would cost us 30.00 to publish each issue. Unfortunately,
the revenue that we earn from each issue is much less -
approximately 1/6 of the above amount on a good day.
We continue to publish this newsleter for two main reasons...
1. We have a passion for finding freebies and letting others
know about them - that's why we are always so grateful to
hear from some of our most loyal readers when they welcome
us back and tell us how they missed receiving an issue.
2. Like any business, we want to make money which helps
cover the cost of time we spend looking for freebies, writing
reviews for the freebies, and of course paying the bills.
At first I thought we were going to have to scale back
publication of this newsletter to four days a week and start
inlcuding sponsored freebies in other sections of the
newsletter. Fortunately, we did not have to resort to this
option becuase we found a new list hosting provider, AWeber
Communications, which is only charging us 19.95 a month
to send unlimited messages. This is a little more than Topica,
but a heck of a bargain considering some of the places out
there.
We will be able to continue to publish the newsletter in it's
current form, but I would like to encourage people to visit
the sponsors if you see something you are interested in.
Most of our sponsors only pay us when someone signs up
for their offer. We always try to include sponsors that we
think our readers will be interested in such as sweepstakes,
free software downloads, and more. If you see something
you are interested in, please don't hesitate to sign up for an
offer just becuase you know we are making money from that
offer - that's how we will continue to stay in business. At the
same time, we don't want any one to feel obligated to sign up
for something that they are not really interested in - that
wouldn't be fair to the advertiser, so please use your own
discretion when choosing which offers to sign up for.

Whack A Politician - just like the carnival game where you use
a mallet to hit the balls that pop up, in this game you have to
whack a politician - the likes of Steve Forbes, Al Gore, George
Bush, and more. This particular game looks like it was created
during last year's election but it is still a fun game.

one of the best collection of online games I have ever come
across. The designers and programmers at 3D Joe show us that
they are very good at what they do. If you like playing online
games, you'll love these games. When you visit their site,
another window will automatically open. It may take a few
